Please find below the most frequently asked questions regaring the group registration.

Group Registration Proccess

The registration of the group has to be made by using the official Group Registration – Managing Tool, which you will find on the congress homepage.

Please be informed that a group registration is only possible if the group consists of at least 10 (ten) delegates. These delegates have to be from the same company or travel agency.

If you would like to register fewer delegates, please use the individual registration.

To proceed with your group registration, please click here, proceed by clicking "Register Now" and complete the contact form.

First, you have to enter a Group Name and the contact details. It is very important to indicate the correct billing address. Second, you have the possibility to request the needed number of tickets.

During the registration process, group leaders are not required to indicate the names or any other details of each participants immediately.

Until 28 March 2021 you can seize from the Early Bird Fee.

Registration for the congress includes:

  • online access to all scientific sessions and e-poster exhibition
  • online access to industry exhibition
  • online access to industry symposia
  • virtual interaction and networking
  • free access to the Congress Talks &Speaker Site on-demand until end of September 2021
  • virtual congress materials
  • certificate of attendance & CME certificate (only for participation in scientific sessions during official congress days)

Please note that the courses on Wednesday need to be booked separately and are not included in your registration fee.

Having an appropriate Group Name is very important because it helps us to keep an overview and to avoid double bookings. The easiest and clearest way for all parties is to enter the client/company name and the country. For example: EUROKONGRESS_Germany, BMW_Austria, Barilla_Italy

Please find below the required information for each participant:

  • Title
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Individual e-mail address of each delegate
  • Full home/work address (street, zip code, city, country)
  • Registration category (incl. proof if required for this category)

Important: The personal e-mail address of each delegate is needed, in order to ensure that each individual receives their personal login data for online registration. In addition, it is needed for the CME Accreditation evaluation form.

Registration fees are based on the date of receipt and are only applicable if the payment is received before the relevant deadline: Otherwise the higher registration fee will be applied.

It is possible to pay for early-fee registrations during that period and provide the delegates' names during the late-fee period.

Group members' details must be provided in full by 23 May, 2021 at 23:59 CEST.

Payment Procedure and Cancellation

Payment of registration fees can be made by bank transfer or credit card. For full details please consult the Group Registrations Conditions.

Scientific Programme

The stated times of the scientific program correspond to Central European Summer Time (CEST).

The scientific sessions will be available on demand approx. 2 hours after the live broadcast. Please be aware that the Meet the Expert sessions will not be recorded and thus only live participation is possible.
