Information for abstract presenters
We are excited that the 6th World Congress will be held as a fully virtual event for the first time!
On this page all abstract presenters can find Guidelines for the preparation of their abstract presentation (ePoster/ePoster with presentation) as well as an overview of all key dates leading up to the World Congress.

Different presentation formats
There are three different presentation formats for accepted abstracts.

Oral presentation
The presentation numbers that have the following composition were accepted as oral presentations: G-O-XXX, H-O-XXX and N-O-XXX
All oral presentation have to be pre-recorded. Further information as well as helpful documents to prepare for your pre-recording can be found here.
Presenters do not have to prepare a seperate ePoster for their oral presentation. (G-O-XXX, H-O-XXX or N-O-XXX)
- ePosters with presentation
The presentation numbers that have the following composition were accepted as ePosters with presentation: G-ePwP-XXX, H-ePwP-XXX and N-ePwP-XXX
All ePosters with presentation will be accompanied by an audio narration and comment section. ePoster with presentation guidelines are available here.

Timeline
Please find below an overview of all key dates for abstract presenters leading up to the 6th World Congress of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition.
28 March 2021 Early bird registration deadline
Kindly note that a registration for the World Congress is mandatory for all abstract presenters. We therefore encourage all abstract presenters to register until 28 March 2021 to take advantage of the early bird registration fee. The online registration is available here. Please select Category: Participant.
30 March 2021 Confirmation of Presentation
Please confirm the presentation or change the presenting author of your abstract until 30 March 2021!
Please, use this link to confirm your presentation. The log-in data has been sent to you via e-mail on 18 February 2021.
21 April 2021 Presentation guidelines
Guidelines for the presentation of your abstract will be available on the congress website from this date onward. All abstract presenters will be notified by e-mail.
End of April 2021 Uploading starts
At the end of April you will be able to upload your presentation/ePoster/ePoster with presentation. All further details regarding the upload can be found here then.
16 May 2021 Registration deadline for abstract presenters
Kindly note that all abstract presenters have to be registered for the World Congress until 16 May 2021.
30 May 2021 Uploading closes
The uploading will close on 30 May 2021.
