Please find below the most frequently asked questions regarding the individual registration.
The early bird registration fees apply if registration and payment is received by 28 March 2021 at the latest.
Registration for the congress includes:
- online access to all scientific sessions and e-poster exhibition
- online access to industry exhibition
- online access to industry symposia
- virtual interaction and networking
- free access to the Congress Talks &Speaker Site on-demand until end of September 2021
- virtual congress materials
- certificate of attendance & CME certificate (only for participation in scientific sessions during official congress days)
Please note that the courses on Wednesday need to be booked separately and are not included in your registration fee.
Every registration is per person and every participant receives a personal login. The login data will be sent by email in due time before the congress. In addition to that you will be provided with all further information about the online participation in due time.
For optimal audio and video quality, we recommend to use a network cable; alternatively a stable wireless network is working as well. You need speakers or headphones for the sound. Please ensure that your computer is connected to an electrical power supply.
You will have access to the Congress Talks & Speaker Site on-demand until end of September 2021. We will provide you with the link to this site in due time.
Cancellations for the online participation must be submitted in writing to email@example.com.
Cancellations received in writing up until 28 March 2021 incur a cancellation fee of 50,00 €. From this date onwards or in case of a no-show, registration fee reimbursements are no longer possible unless the organisers are provided with a named replacement who will take on the registration.
Clinical Course in PGHaN, Allied Health Professional & IBD Course: Course cancellations received up until 28 March 2021 incur a cancellation fee of 25,00 €. From this date onwards or in case of a no-show a registration fee reimbursement is no longer possible.
The registration fees for the Meet the Expert Session are non-refundable.
Please note that no refunds will be made if you are unable to view the live sessions due to the speed of your internet connection or a technical problem with your IT equipment. The presentations will still be available on demand on the Congress Talks & Speaker Site.
